Privacy & delivery information

When you request a free guide, Rays collects the details you enter, including the student’s name, contact details, school, class, exam interests and postal address.

How we use your details

We use these details to process your guide request, check the delivery address, arrange courier dispatch and contact you about delivery. The details needed to deliver your parcel may be shared with the courier provider.

If you select Yes or Maybe to the Rays Public School question, Rays may also contact you to share school information. Selecting No does not affect your guide request.

Who can see your registration

Registration details are stored privately and are available only to the authorized Rays administrator. Your details are not displayed on the public registration page.

Students under 18

Please complete the form with a parent or guardian and use contact details they are comfortable sharing.

Correcting your details

If you need to correct your delivery details or withdraw a request, contact Rays Public School at +91 8129 24 1616. Please quote your guide request reference.
